What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build secure, scalable full-stack solutions using Next.js.
• Embed SOX compliance into system architecture, data models, and code.
• Implement agentic workflows and AI-augmented features using tools like Cursor.
• Architect and extend headless CMS, preferably Payload CMS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate Figma designs into UIs.
• Provide technical leadership via code reviews, standards, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development, 2+ years as Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead with hands-on coding.
• Proven SOX-compliant application design and deployment experience.
• Expert Next.js (App Router), React ecosystem, TypeScript.
• Strong backend (Node.js, Python, Java), APIs (REST/GraphQL), SQL/NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience with CMS like Payload, AI tools, Figma collaboration.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
