Salary: $130,000-$180,000

What you will do

• Own bench verification and validation of IVR hardware across prototype and pre-production phases
• Lead EVT and DVT execution for voltage regulators, evaluation boards, and demonstrators
• Develop and execute test plans verifying electrical, thermal, functional, and protection requirements
• Validate product performance under operating conditions, corners, and real-world use
• Perform hardware bring-up, debug, characterization, and root-cause analysis
• Automate test setups with Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB, integrating lab instruments for repeatable testing
• Generate reports, communicate risks, and collaborate with design, systems, and packaging teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related
• 4+ years in test/validation engineering, power electronics, or hardware development
• Hands-on with bench testing, hardware bring-up, debug, oscilloscopes, power supplies, loads, DMMs, analyzers
• Experience with EVT/DVT, product verification, spec compliance, power electronics, DC-DC converters
• Test automation using Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and collaborative problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• High-current low-voltage power systems, IVR/VRM/PMICs
• I2C/SPI/PMBus interfaces, thermal/transient/control analysis
• AI hardware, data center power, advanced packaging experience
• Reusable test infrastructure and automated frameworks
