What you will do

• Define and own vehicle-level test strategy aligned to safety goals and system requirements
• Develop detailed test cases and specifications for autonomous driving functions from requirements, HARA/FMEA, ASIL, and SOTIF
• Design and lead closed-course and on-road testing across diverse ODD conditions
• Implement Python/MATLAB scripts for post-processing, pass/fail assessment, and automation
• Investigate system defects, triage anomalies, and drive cross-functional corrective actions
• Contribute to safety case closure with traceability, evidence, reports, and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical system testing
• Experience developing test cases from system requirements, safety goals, ASIL, and SOTIF scenarios
• Practical knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448
• Vehicle-level testing experience with CAN/Ethernet systems, data logging, ROS/ROS2, and scripting (Python/MATLAB)
• Strong root cause analysis, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills

• Simulation, HiL, or large-scale validation frameworks
• Perception model failure modes and data-driven validation
