Location: On-site in Boston, MA. Must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test solutions and tooling
• Extend and improve test frameworks for reliability, maintainability, and performance
• Translate product requirements into comprehensive test strategies
• Identify gaps in test coverage and address them proactively
• Reduce flaky tests, improve CI/CD stability, and debug complex issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define quality standards and provide mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in software development, test automation, or related field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Java preferred)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD systems (Appium a plus)
