What you will do

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and follow standardized scripts to assess maintenance issues.
  • Document calls accurately in the system, including details, actions, and next steps.
  • Identify and escalate emergencies per SOPs while communicating clearly with residents and teams.
  • Maintain calm, professional tone with upset callers and use troubleshooting guides for basic resolutions.
  • Adhere to quality, compliance standards and participate in daily huddles for updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience (required)
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and multitasking while documenting calls.
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or maintenance coordination preferred.
  • Comfortable with computers, web-based software, and call tools; reliable internet and quiet workspace.
  • High empathy, patience, professionalism, and understanding of resident-property-maintenance dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking.
  • Basic understanding of property maintenance terminology.
