What you will do

• Define and own the Communications Platform, encompassing call management, SMS routing, voice AI agents, and IVR systems.
• Manage Happy Force to optimize after-hours property workflows, agent instructions, and ticket management.
• Architect the end-to-end maintenance Work Orders workflow, from initial intake to technician completion.
• Evolve the communications stack toward Messaging as a Service (MaaS) capabilities to power cross-product experiences.
• Partner closely with engineering and external vendors like Bandwidth and Twilio to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Develop and execute a mid-term roadmap grounded in platform health and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning high-impact or technically complex areas.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience scaling communications, messaging, or workflow-heavy platforms in a B2B environment.
• Technical fluency in managing integrations, system reliability, and platform migrations.
• Proven ability to own mission-critical operational workflows where uptime and correctness are non-negotiable.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Working understanding of AI, ML, or LLM-powered features.
• Experience leading products through significant technical changes, such as vendor transitions or architecture evolution.
