Senior Director of Growth (SaaS): Architect of integrated acquisition and conversion engine leading Performance Marketing, PR, Web Strategy, and Demand Generation with an accent on optimizing existing channels and aggressively opening new ones. Focus on orchestrating "surround sound" marketing strategy across Paid, Earned, and Influenced channels to drive high-volume user growth and own early lifecycle journeys from first touchpoint to paid customers.
Location: Remote from Canada (Toronto • Halifax • Calgary • Vancouver • Ottawa • Kitchener • Waterloo • Hamilton • Truro). Must live in Canada and be legally authorized to work there; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship.
Salary: CA$180,000 - CA$220,000 per year

What you will do
- Direct user growth engine aligning Performance, PR, and Demand Gen across SEM, Paid Social, Earned Media, and partnerships.
- Provide executive vision for global budget allocation, platform architecture, and conversion-first roadmap for marketing website.
- Build modern Demand Gen functions using Community, Creators, and Influencers to reduce dependency on traditional channels.
- Leverage media relations for social proof and SEO authority to boost Paid and Demand Gen effectiveness.
- Own Visitor-to-Paid rate via CRO strategy and early lifecycle journeys ensuring quick user activation.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing on multi-product positioning and bridge marketing-to-product experiences.
- Own P&L for Growth organization including forecasting and multi-channel ROI reporting to C-Suite and Board.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Growth or Marketing leadership as "leader of leaders" managing high-scale multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep experience across PR, Search, Social and how they interlink.
- Proven scaling growth in DTC or high-growth SaaS ($100M+ ARR).
- Relentless focus on leaky bucket and micro-conversions (Web visit → Trial → Activation → First Invoice → Paid).
- Ability to open non-traditional channels and pivot amid AI disruption and rising costs.
- Manage diverse talent from web developers to PR specialists.
- Translate complex attribution and multi-channel strategies into executive insights.
