What you will do

• Architect streaming and batch pipelines for reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Own architecture and evolution of Data Lakehouse ensuring consistency between research and live trading.
• Define end-to-end market data platform covering ingestion, processing, storage, distribution, and access.
• Design low-latency systems for real-time and historical data across exchanges and asset classes.
• Establish data models, schemas, and storage strategies for high-volume time-series financial data.
• Provide leadership in design reviews, standards, performance optimization, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of market data (tick, order book, trades, reference, derivatives) in HFT/MFT trading.
• Strong financial markets background for architectural decisions on storage, schemas, and latency.
• Expertise in distributed data systems, streaming/batch architectures, and scalable storage.
• Experience with low-latency production data pipelines and strict SLAs.
• Advanced data modeling for large-scale time-series financial datasets.
• Ownership of data quality, governance, monitoring, lineage, and observability.
