What you will do

• Define future-state data architecture, including domains, canonical models, and semantic layers.
• Govern Data Domain Architects by providing frameworks, tooling, coaching, and approving data models.
• Champion the adoption of MDM, metadata management, and data quality components for core entities.
• Enable AI/ML readiness by establishing trusted training pipelines and a semantic layer for KPIs.
• Define the data risk framework and ensure GDPR compliance is embedded into the architecture.
• Lead the Data Architecture Community of Practice and mentor architects company-wide.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IT, with 2+ years in information systems design for complex environments.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
• Expertise in enterprise-level data modeling and information classification.
• Strong understanding of MDM/DWH methodologies and data governance principles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architectural patterns.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Practical experience with DMBOK or similar frameworks.
