What you will do

• Secure cloud environments, including network policies, container security, and secrets management.
• Lead secure coding practices, perform architecture and code-level reviews, and collaborate with engineers to build secure software.
• Manage incident response, threat detection, and the mitigation of network-level attacks.
• Oversee penetration tests, bug bounties, and vulnerability scans (SAST/DAST/Dependency checks).
• Stay ahead of AI-specific risks and leverage AI-powered tools for detection, response, and code analysis.
• Manage identity and access policies, as well as abuse and fraud detection.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York or San Francisco (Hybrid).
• Strong software engineering background at a senior or staff level.
• Deep expertise in one of the following: Cloud Security, Application Security, or Incident Response.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CSPM tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS Config, AWS Security Hub).
• Hands-on experience with incident investigation and remediation, including MDM tools.
