What you will do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and cultivate customer relationships across the EMEA region.
- Manage the full business development pipeline from proactive lead generation to signed sales agreements.
- Develop and implement market segment strategies and tactical action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead proposal and bid management, including the development of win strategies and value propositions.
- Negotiate sales and collaboration agreements in partnership with legal advisors.
- Represent the company at international conferences and events to expand its global presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in International Business, Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Space Management, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably with technical products or services.
- Proven track record of converting leads into successful contracts.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and managing complex tender submissions.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Experience in space or aerospace business development is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Japanese.
