What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform services and APIs
- Lead delivery of roadmap-critical capabilities like Property Graph and integration surfaces
- Build and improve APIs, plugin frameworks, and ecosystem integrations
- Improve platform reliability, observability, performance using telemetry and monitoring
- Collaborate with product engineering leads on growth and retention initiatives
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventative improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Technologies: Golang, Ruby on Rails & Rust
- Strong experience building platform services, APIs, or infrastructure systems
- Experience improving system reliability, observability, and performance
- Demonstrated work on distributed systems or complex backend platforms
- Ability to own problems from design to production with cross-team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience designing graph-based data models or complex domain modeling
- Building developer platforms, plugin frameworks, or extensibility systems
- Background with integration-heavy SaaS platforms
- Improving operability and observability of production systems
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
