TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketer (Developer Tools): Draft and implement growth programs in SEO/AEO, brand, partnerships, or lead capture by getting into the code with an accent on expanding earned/paid channels and technical improvements. Focus on building snowballing organic campaigns, data-driven experiments, and demos for developer tools market.

Location: Fully remote in a highly distributed global team with high autonomy.

What you will do

  • Excel in at least one growth program: SEO/AEO, brand, partnerships, or lead capture.
  • Draft growth programs and implement v0 versions by coding technical improvements and demos.
  • Expand earned or paid channels including creator networks, advertising, and referral programs.
  • Build snowballing organic campaigns and run data-driven experiments.
  • Leverage deep understanding of developer tools and computing infrastructure markets.

Requirements

  • Experience expanding earned or paid channels from creator networks to advertising and referrals.
  • Technical acumen to test templates, make technical SEO improvements, or create campaign demos.
  • Passion for data-driven organic campaigns and experiments.
  • Deep understanding of developer tools market and interest in computing infrastructure.
  • Clear and succinct communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely in a highly autonomous environment.

  • Quick impact in technical and content SEO.
  • Knowledge of effective developer tool awareness channels.
  • Strong production intuition with basic engineering to make code updates.
