Delaware-incorporated remote-first serial acquirer of SaaS companies across North America and Europe, with a portfolio spanning 6+ jurisdictions and a 400-person global team.

What you will do

• Lead legal due diligence and manage outside counsel for M&A transactions across jurisdictions.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties and governance for Delaware parent and subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Canada, and the US.
• Oversee compliance for $100M debt facility, including financial covenants and reporting.
• Partner with People Ops on global employment, contractors, EORs, and SAR program compliance.
• Streamline customer contracts, privacy policies (GDPR/CCPA), IP protection, and internal audits.

Requirements

• JD, LLM or equivalent, admitted to practice in a major jurisdiction (US or EU preferred).
• 6+ years experience with heavy emphasis on M&A or Venture Capital; in-house "buy-and-build" experience a plus.
• Proficiency navigating US and European legal frameworks in a remote-first asynchronous environment.
• Operational mindset with eagerness to adopt AI tools for efficiency.
• Ability to set legal strategy and influence senior leadership.
