What you will do

• Execute demand campaigns across channels including email, paid ads, webinars, events, and website, owning build, launch, timelines, and day-to-day management.
• Build, run, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, and similar platforms.
• Create and iterate email campaigns and sequences to drive demand generation.
• Partner with Marketing Operations for proper setup, automation, and end-to-end tracking.
• Monitor daily performance, flag issues early, run tests/optimizations, and provide execution insights.
• Launch and iterate new social media strategy across key channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, and similar.
• Experience with email marketing and building effective sequences.
• Execution-first mindset with strong attention to detail for daily campaign building and management.
• Sharp analytical skills to spot patterns, performance issues, and act proactively.
• Clear, structured communication to keep stakeholders informed on data and progress.
