Location: On-site in Nashville, TN. This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Deploy, manage, and configure hardware and networking equipment within the Nashville datacenter.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to capacity planning.
• Collaborate with the SRE team to debug non-responsive systems.
• Identify and flag security concerns regarding hardware configurations, firmware, and physical access.
• Provide technical support to employees across various departments and locations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing rack-level equipment in a datacenter environment.
• Deep understanding of server hardware architecture and low-level troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Experience debugging issues within virtualization environments.
• Engineering-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
