What you will do

• Define and execute market-aware brand strategy aligned with group objectives.

• Drive operational excellence through budgeting, KPIs, ROI optimization, and process improvements.
• Build, coach, and retain leadership team with succession plans.
• Foster innovation by identifying trends like AI and experimenting with business models.
• Champion culture, performance standards, collaboration, and diversity.
• Represent brand to customers, partners, investors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven CEO/GM/senior executive experience in B2B SaaS with growth track record.
