TL;DR

Marketing & Content Design Specialist (Climate Tech): Refine and scale design systems, produce graphics and content for campaigns, reports, and communications with an accent on consistent branding and translating complex energy topics into engaging narratives. Focus on co-leading marketing campaigns, developing multi-channel content, and collaborating with teams on visual identity and web layouts.

Fully Remote (Africa focus)

EUR 15,000 – 25,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

hirify.global is a remote-first non-profit developing open-source tools and data solutions to advance global energy transition and grid planning.

What you will do

  • Refine, maintain, and scale cohesive design system for product, brand, and communications.
  • Create templates and visuals for reports, presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, and planning docs.
  • Write and develop content for website, social media, and marketing materials, tailoring narratives to audiences.
  • Execute campaigns and communications across channels including social media, Google Ads, and Hubspot CRM.
  • Design and iterate web page layouts and graphics, collaborating with software engineers for automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in marketing and design roles
  • Proven experience with copywriting on complex technical topics, design systems, corporate branding, graphic design for print/digital, presentations, and marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent tools)
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing relevant work
  • Passion for energy transition mission and builder mentality in fast-paced environment
