Application Support Specialist (Microsoft Cloud): Provide technical support and troubleshooting for largest global customers using Microsoft Cloud technologies with an accent on Azure, M365 certifications, CSP processes, and partner ecosystem. Focus on scoping customer issues, collaborating with worldwide teams and engineering, documenting solutions, and empowering customers to self-solve and maximize product value.
Riga, Latvia (onsite); Remote (EMEA time zone); Brazil (remote); working North America hours.

What you will do
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Handle operational support tasks with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Scope problems by collecting facts, researching, and involving other teams.
- Consult and collaborate globally with peers, management, and engineering to resolve issues.
- Act as customer advocate, empower self-service, and advise on product value.
- Document work to improve product and support experience; maintain proactive customer happiness.
Requirements
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Previous support experience in IT.
- Certified in Azure and/or M365 (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Administrator, M365 Fundamentals or Associate).
- Strong MS SQL skills: connect databases, execute and create queries.
- Hands-on experience with APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure).
- Ability to work in a team, make quick decisions, communicate precisely, and stay calm under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications.
- Experience with licensing and invoices.
- Experience with MS Partner Center or similar portals.
- Ability to identify, update, and create Help Center articles.
