What you will do

• Design and implement AI pipelines for detection, reasoning, prioritization, and decision support.
• Build agent-based and workflow-driven AI systems operating over security data (logs, alerts, telemetry).
• Develop and integrate LLM-based systems, retrieval pipelines, and hybrid ML approaches.
• Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, reliability, and correctness in production.
• Collaborate with security domain experts to encode real-world reasoning into AI systems.
• Contribute to technical strategy, set engineering standards, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience building production AI or ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent-based systems.
• Solid software engineering background with Python and modern backend systems.
• Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reason about complex systems.
