What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Value valuation engine, expanding coverage to new asset categories and SKUs.
• Improve valuation accuracy and consistency, particularly for high-end assets.
• Collaborate with data science on modeling strategies, including random forest and ensemble approaches.
• Redesign Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows to reduce pricing turnaround from days to hours.
• Define the roadmap for new data sources, attributes, and metadata pipelines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Data, Marketplace Ops, and CX to ensure disciplined execution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of PM experience in ML platforms, pricing systems, risk/decisioning, or marketplace dynamics.
• Deep technical knowledge of modeling approaches (random forest, tree-based models) and feature engineering.
• Experience partnering with data science and engineering on model architecture and performance.
• Strong intuition for pricing systems, valuation mechanics, or financial modeling.
