What you will do

• Lead regional marketing strategy for EMEA, aligning local activities with global game goals.
• Execute in-market campaigns and activations across media, influencers, and events.
• Build and manage a cross-functional team consisting of full-time staff and contractors.
• Develop localized go-to-market plans for new launches, feature updates, and seasonal campaigns.
• Foster relationships with creators, influencers, and gaming media to strengthen the local ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize growth.

Requirements

• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets, with a specific focus on Germany.
