What you will do

• Own end-to-end data migrations for new and expanding customers, including import and validation of patient, appointment, invoice, payment, provider, service, and membership data
• Map data from diverse legacy systems like EMRs, POS tools, spreadsheets, and exports; clean, normalize, and reconcile inconsistencies
• Perform QA checks to ensure post-migration data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Work directly with customers to define migration scope, timelines, explain requirements and tradeoffs, and support go-live readiness
• Troubleshoot migration issues and maintain/improve playbooks, templates, and tooling
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams on execution, status, risks, and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or technical operations in SaaS
• Strong comfort working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and structured data
• Experience mapping data across systems with different schemas
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple migrations in parallel
• Clear communicator comfortable working directly with customers

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, EMR, POS, or financial data
• SQL experience
