What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and framing problems to setting design direction and shipping.
• Design complex, multi-step product flows that balance creator needs with member experience.
• Prototype and test rapidly using AI-assisted tools and code-generation workflows.
• Influence overall product strategy and contribute to roadmap conversations.
• Drive high craft standards for interaction design, visual quality, and polished detailing.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to turn concepts into working, shippable experiences.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and shipped 0→1 work.
• Proven experience as the most senior designer in a product area, owning outcomes without constant guidance.
• Strong prototyping skills and proficiency in Figma.
• English: CEFR Level C2 proficiency required.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
• An active, evolving AI workflow using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
