What you will do

• Coordinate the execution of employer branding campaigns to ensure timely delivery of assets and alignment with plans.
• Create and publish visual and social content for the careers website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Develop and maintain employer branding channels, including LinkedIn Life and potential expansions to Instagram or YouTube.
• Manage logistics for career fairs, internal activations, and virtual campaigns, including vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement data to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand-consistent outputs.
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
