What you will do

• Drive large-scale UX initiatives from concept through release, translating strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestones.
• Orchestrate experience delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant layers.
• Partner with UI engineering to optimize development velocity and track delivery metrics such as cycle time and release readiness.
• Manage design-to-development handoffs, UAT planning, and production launch checklists.
• Establish operating cadences and standardize intake, sequencing, and delivery frameworks across design and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program or project management.
• Experience delivering complex UI or platform products.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with 50+ contributors.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seattle, WA or San Jose, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling.
• Experience improving DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines.
