What you will do

• Execute strategic PR: identify collaborations, media features, and partnerships, collaborating with marketing to drive promotions.
• Build industry authority by establishing a strong personal brand for the company in immersive tech discussions.
• Develop and maintain brand voice across forums, communities, and niche media.
• Engage proactively in industry forums, manage reputation, and monitor sentiment.
• Build and scale Reddit accounts in key subreddits to drive high-quality traffic without bans.
• Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on strategist able to execute from account management to PR networking.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to generate original PR ideas, position brand creatively across media and communities.
• Fluency in English: Native or near-native (C1+) essential.
