What you will do

• Own end-to-end events strategy including speaking slots, panels, logistics, and post-event follow-up to position hirify.global as trusted EM payments partner.
• Build and manage awards pipeline, lead submissions, and amplify wins across channels.
• Develop strategic partnerships with associations and influencers for co-branded content and initiatives.
• Create multi-format digital content from events and partnerships for LinkedIn, blog, and video to support KPIs.
• Draft press materials, manage media requests, coordinate interviews, and prepare executive briefings.
• Implement automation for workflows and build dashboards to track KPIs like coverage and engagement.

Requirements

• 4–7 years in corporate communications/PR.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex payments/regulatory topics.
• Proven experience in events, partnerships, media engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Automation mindset with comms/ops tools.
• Advanced English (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Payments/fintech or financial services experience.
• Understanding of emerging markets.
• Additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese).
