What you will do

• Design and develop integrated thermal management modules, including refrigerant and coolant side integration.
• Define performance specifications for system components and perform experimental verification.
• Solve NVH (noise, vibration, roughness), reliability, and performance issues for chillers, compressors, and valves.
• Execute system matching, assembly performance design, virtual verification, and testing.
• Establish technical standards, inspection reference books, design specifications, DVP, and DFMEA.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitor thermal management designs to analyze technical advantages.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of heat pump systems and refrigerant/coolant loops for new energy vehicles.
• Experience with the design and application of heat exchangers, valves, sensors, and coolant pumps.
• Knowledge of alternative refrigerants and their impact on module design (e.g., R290).
• Proficiency in CATIA and standard office software.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in China (Shanghai/Guangzhou).
