What you will do

• Provide technical support for field equipment maintenance, including emergency failure repair.
• Improve equipment reliability and stability to ensure production requirements are met.
• Analyze equipment downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and cost statistics.
• Update maintenance plans and procedures based on equipment criticality and production tasks.
• Perform PLC program diagnosis and regular backups.
• Identify key spare parts and implement proactive measures for equipment improvement.

Requirements

• College or bachelor’s degree in mechatronics.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, modification, and backup.
• At least 5 years of experience in machining equipment maintenance or commissioning.
• Familiarity with SIEMENS, FANUC, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Basic English skills required
