What you will do
- Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis.
- Understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions.
- Analyze and resolve lithography-related process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors.
- Support customers in lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, issue analysis reports, and technical communication materials.
- Collaborate with headquarters R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English.
