Supplier Development Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor supplier performances through IQA, REL monitoring, and similar activities to reduce customer claims.
• Support new projects, supplier safe launches, mass production control, and PPAP processes.
• Apply KSM approach to review performances, implement preventive actions, and collaborate with teams for stable quality.
• Conduct supplier annual/8D audits to improve processes and products.
• Support internal teams in logistics, PM, procurement for supplier development, warehouse improvements, and cost reductions.
• Handle customer audits, document control, PCN support, and other supervisor tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science and technology or related field.
• 3+ years in quality engineering; preferred backgrounds: process quality, process engineering, customer quality, supplier quality/development.
• Good knowledge of production techniques like molding, stamping, plating.

Nice to have

• 6 Sigma Green Belt certification.
• VDA6.3 auditor certification.
