What you will do

• Lead and supervise filter line production to achieve OEE, quality, and delivery targets based on hirify.global Production System standards.
• Monitor and improve line performance, focusing on reducing scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement projects, Lean activities, and equipment changeover optimization (SMED).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchasing, and Project teams to ensure spare parts availability and smooth product launches.
• Manage workforce planning, shift schedules, and team allocation while leading employee development and training.
• Provide regular performance and production reports to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in production or manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (production and reporting modules) and MS Office.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build engagement and drive team performance.
