What you will do
- Lead the preparation and first-line review of quarterly and annual U.S. income tax provisions, ETR analysis, and return-to-provision true-ups.
- Coordinate German GAAP reporting packages and disclosures for consolidation with the German parent company.
- Manage the compliance calendar for federal, state, and local returns, overseeing data readiness and external service providers.
- Lead day-to-day tax audits, owning the PBC tracker, issue logs, and response quality.
- Partner with IT, Treasury, and FP&A to improve data quality and implement automation via Power Query and ERP extracts.
- Provide direction and development for the tax team to foster a collaborative and disciplined environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Masters in Taxation preferred).
- Valid CPA license is required.
- 7β10+ years of corporate tax experience with proficiency in ASC 740.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Proven project management skills, including workload balancing and auditor coordination.
- Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision and SAP is highly desirable.
