Senior Director, Tax Operations

Salary: $218,000 – $270,000 annually in Los Angeles, CA.

What you will do

• Lead US federal, state, local income tax compliance and indirect tax oversight.
• Manage tax calendar, filings, accruals, and financial reporting interfaces.
• Design and improve tax processes, workflows, automation, and data flows.
• Handle tax audits, risk management, notices, and escalations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR on operational tax matters and M&A support.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coordinate external advisors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of tax experience, including significant in-house in multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in US income tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of global tax operations.
• Proven ability to build scalable tax processes.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• CPA, JD, and/or MST required.
