What you will do

• Develop and execute the North American quality strategy aligned with global objectives and long-range business plans.
• Oversee quality functions across eight manufacturing facilities and two Technical Centers, managing teams in Preventive Quality, Warranty, and Supplier Quality.
• Maintain the regional Quality Management System to ensure customer satisfaction and IATF 16949 certification.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, resolving escalated complaints and implementing sustainable actions to improve quality scorecards.
• Drive Product Development Process teams to fully implement APQP processes for successful product launches.
• Lead Six Sigma training and certification programs to improve quality and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required), Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in the Tier 1 automotive industry.
• Minimum 7 years of Quality and management experience, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma facilitation and mentoring.
