What you will do

• Develop quality plans to meet program objectives and customer requirements, and train personnel on quality elements.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance at assigned sites and participate in APQP to maintain control plans and documentation.
• Assist in supplier assessment and selection, resolve supplier quality issues, and support inspections, testing, and calibration.
• Track and resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers, approve and submit PPAP for program requirements.
• Perform problem-solving, continual improvement, reporting, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Support QOS metrics reporting for assigned operating groups and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant manufacturing or technical field.
• 5 years of related quality experience or equivalent.
• Experience in APQP, PPAP documentation submission, problem-solving, and quality improvement tools.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and communicate to cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, audit processes, and quality assurance.
• Strong PC skills and ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident for ITAR compliance.

Nice to have

• American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification.
• Knowledge of vehicle conversion and upfit.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering skills.
