What you will do

• Conduct simple and complex tests on components and perform detailed cause analysis in problem cases.
• Verify the interaction of individual components and groups to ensure overall functionality.
• Identify and record quality concerns, recommending solutions to ensure defect-free output.
• Perform first piece approvals and sort defective parts according to specific corporate requirements.
• Maintain quality records and perform regular audits and quality inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and assist in the APQP process, including control plans and FMEAs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in Quality within an automotive environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in root-cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to read and interpret test plans and drawing documentation.
