What you will do

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues.
  • Compile data, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators and sales/marketing trends.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and support the Head of Sales with specific strategy tracking.
  • Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist with proposal writing, reviewing, and the development of marketing materials.
  • Support the planning and implementation of customer and industry events.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and assertiveness.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

  • Pursuing a Master's Degree in Business with a completed technical Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in sales or sales support.
