What you will do

• Lead a small controlling team and serve as a critical economic counterpart to PU management.
• Break down strategic top-down targets and derive measures for mid-term achievement.
• Manage the PU Balers product portfolio from an economic perspective, including target price setting.
• Oversee Product Cost Controlling for both projects and serial products.
• Coordinate mid-term financial planning, budgets, forecasting, and risk management.
• Manage PU CapEX controlling and evaluate management reporting and cost accounting data.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business administration, and/or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in controlling or a team leadership position.
• Fluency in French and English (German is a plus).
• Proficiency in SAP modules and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work at the Woippy site.
• Ability to commit to the position for at least four years.
