What you will do
- Support preparation of business reports, performance analyses, and strategic plans for informed decision-making.
- Assist in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking using real business processes and tools.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring key performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operations in production, logistics, and quality to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support cross-functional projects.
- Work with SAP, MARS, and Excel to prepare reports and gain experience in controlling systems.
Requirements
- University degree (or final year) in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
- Up to one year of professional experience, including internships or student jobs.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; interest in SAP and BI systems.
