What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact, translating business objectives into tailored worker survey strategies aligned with ESG priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with multinational clients, identify new opportunities, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of global worker survey programs, coordinating cross-functional teams for high-quality, timely execution.
• Analyze survey data to produce client-ready reports and dashboards communicating worker voice findings.
• Refine methodologies and monitor program outcomes to ensure alignment with client and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Data Science or related.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, consulting, client engagement, or data-driven roles, ideally in ESG, Sustainability, CSR, or professional services.
• Proven client relationship management balancing commercial objectives and delivery excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights; proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) and AI systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, with strong ownership and commitment to improvement.
