Location: Remote (UK) with expectation of travel to London or Newcastle offices every 1-3 months

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Design and assure scalable, secure, resilient application and integration solutions for bespoke applications, SaaS platforms, and third-party services
• Define and promote integration patterns and approaches including APIs, event-driven integration, messaging, batch, and data synchronisation
• Develop and assure roadmaps for application modernisation, integration platform adoption, and decommissioning legacy systems

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of modern application architectures including cloud-native, microservices, and modular monolith
• Proven experience with APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, and integration platforms
• Experience integrating SaaS products with enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of information security, identity, and access management
• Experience with integration platforms and tooling (e.g. AIS, Mulesoft, API management, iPaaS, message brokers)

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or public sector environments
• Familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centred design principles
