What you will do

• Drive strategic direction of architecture across consumer and digital platforms.
• Define and communicate technology strategy aligned to group priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to technology and business leads, translating strategy into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Provide architectural oversight for cloud, APIs, integration, event-driven, and traditional platforms.
• Shape solutions balancing innovation, governance, security, resilience, and compliance.
• Influence stakeholders and champion agile, digital-first principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally in large-scale consumer or retail platforms with cards and payments.
• Experience shaping strategy and roadmaps in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, hybrid cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Work in regulated environments with awareness of non-functional requirements.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of emerging technologies like Generative AI.
