What you will do

• Oversee and manage Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration within specific project areas.
• Coordinate between A&E vendors and ride/show vendors to develop preliminary final facility impacts.
• Monitor on-site construction to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and design intent.
• Develop design strategies to ensure quality deliverables are produced within budget and schedule.
• Manage the entire vendor lifecycle, including RFP development, selection, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on the status of architecture and engineering design efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Extensive turn-key project experience specifically within the entertainment or theme park industry.
• Proven supervisory and contract/vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
