What you will do

• Maintain high professional awareness of technical fire industry matters and provide updates to the team.
• Guide fire engineering professionals and deliver complex solutions for large construction engineering projects.
• Manage current and future projects to ensure team financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead discussions with design teams, building control, and fire services.
• Supervise and train graduate engineers to foster professional growth.
• Attend industry conferences to network and integrate industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Background in fire engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fire Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or currently working towards achieving it.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Proven ability to undertake works independently.
• Desire and ability to mentor and manage junior professionals.
