What you will do

• Create and implement scalable, automated creatives optimized for performance results.
• Ensure high creative quality focused on metrics like conversion rate, CTR, and CPA.
• Research new social media video trends and creative ideas for paid advertising.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creator and AI Prompt Engineer to integrate AI into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years in creative marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and applying data insights to strategy.
• Producer mindset to spot content potential and evaluate business impact.
• Solid knowledge of social media video trends and best-performing formats.
• Proactive, quick learner, able to work independently.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
