Salary: £120,000 - £130,000

What you will do

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Field Service processes.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Customer Service and Sales modules.
• Leverage Power Platform including Canvas Apps and Power Automate to optimize processes.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and client demonstrations.
• Mentor junior consultants on D365 best practices and review implementations for standards compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions and document designs.

Requirements

• Must be USA based; no sponsorship or C2C contracts
• Proven experience as D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• CPQ experience is a must
• Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities and Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience leading workshops and mentoring.
