What you will do

• Coordinate product leadership to ensure global compliance with the IATF scheme.
• Provide expert technical advice and act as the UKI IATF Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Establish and monitor product frameworks and key performance indicators for consistent delivery.
• Lead IATF management and SME meetings, managing waver processes and NC responses.
• Oversee training, integration, and business-wide communication to ensure governance.
• Conduct third-party assessments and represent company interests on accreditation committees.

Requirements

• Degree or business qualification with management experience in a technical area of specialism.
• Experience providing technical support and advice within field audit environments.
• Proven ability to drive change and manage risk across a geographic region.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Strong project management skills for dealing with medium to high complexity tasks.
• Intrinsic dedication to safe working practices and a mature safety culture.
