• Drive 100% client goal attainment and monthly NRR

• Integrate hourly resourcing, pricing desk, and tech platform Stratos
• Manage client retention, expansion, and team growth
• Balance margin goals with strong team culture

Requirements

• 5-10+ years managing agency operations with VP-level direct reports
• True depth of B2B marketing expertise
• Extreme ownership, bias for action, growth-oriented mindset
• Complete transparency and proactive deep communication
• Monthly travel (1-2x 48-hour trips) for clients, events, direct reports
• Hardest working, smartest, most honest performer in past roles
